Since
I moved to Bulgaria, every day I see people are smoking everywhere, even the
teenager. My goal is to fight against smoker by using special spices in Thai
food to kill the bad stuff that they’ve smoked and reduce the addiction from
the body. If they eat the spices that Thai food contain it pretty spicy and
healthy, also good for their digestion system.
Most
of the people here are really frustrated about losing weight and keep their
body in shape, but smoking isn’t an option. People though that smoking is
preserve their energy and they thought that if they smoke a lot they will not
get hungry, and that’s the true; but it’s really bad for their respitory system
and it’s also affect their digestion system.
The
main concept of my company is “eat healthy, live healthy, and earn that body.”
The concept basically means “healthy” sound good? Bulgarian people focus too
much on losing weight by smoking, why don’t they eat regularly and exercise
more.
“Green
curry” is one of the products that we’re producing, what good about it? Well,
it has green color and it looks delicious. It sort of spicy and the soup
contain many herbs that help to fight against many diseases. For example ginger
and basil leaf are good sources of cancer’s protection and help your digestion.
For
foreigner who likes spicy food are basically my main customers and food critic,
but some people who wanted to quit smoking they came to try our food and it
works. All the chefs in my company and restaurant are Thai so I can guarantee
that the food has real Thai flavor. My company called “green meal” actually
doing very good business.
There’re
Thai restaurant in Bulgaria called “Blue moon” but the owner is not Thai and
none of the chefs are Thai. 9 leva for my product seems to be a reasonable
price for green curry because all the stuff that our restaurant used to cook is
imported. I think that my restaurant is really unique because I’m the only
company that used Thai chefs.
My
marketing plan is to be the best restaurant and the healthiest restaurant in
Bulgaria, but twenty percent of my profit with be donated to people who has
cancer or to help other people. My management teams are chefs, cleaners,
waiters, village parking guys, and security. I need at least six chefs in my
kitchen and eighty percent must be Thai.
What
make people choose my restaurant? Because the food are cheaper and the food has
more flavor. But my company has a few weaknesses like the location because our
company or restaurant located in the place that hard to find or see.
The
conclusion Green meal company would go great if we change the location and
promote the restaurant to other country.
